Shipping Policy: IMPORTANT Please Read

US Customers - We reserve the right to change your shipping method if we deem it necessary to protect the product or save you money. If it is critical that your method chosen be used please indicate so in the 'special instructions' section of the order page and briefly state the reason to avoid shipping delays. Please be aware that the shipping costs computed by the shopping cart software are estimated.

International Customers - Please choose US Postal service as your delivery method for ALL orders. Please be aware that the shipping costs computed by the shopping cart software are estimated. International Customers must provide a Mastercard or Visa number and expiration date.

Wholesale Customers:
For our existing customers, you may call, fax, or order online. When you order online, please be aware that you will see retail pricing. After we receive your order, we will create a wholesale invoice and charge your credit card or bill you with the wholesale total of your order. If you'd like us to fax you a copy of this invoice, please include your fax number with your online order.

Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange an item purchased from Roxanne International, please phone toll-free (1-800-993-4445) and request a return authorization code. Then return the item(s) to the following address: Roxanne International, 742 Granite Avenue, Lathrop, CA 95330. For faster processing, please include the following information inside the package:

Your name
Your address
Your daytime phone number or email
The product(s) to be exchanged
List the product you would prefer to have
Our return authorization number
Include a check or money order for $7.00 shipping charges.

We will make every effort to process the exchange the same day it is received. (Please be careful of the method used to ship your item(s) back to us, if we don't receive it, we cannot be held responsible).

Your Roxanne^TM Thimble is exchangeable at any time until it shows wear.
('Wear' occurs at different rates depending on body chemistry and usage).
